Ken Siefert started Economy Appliance Heat & Air in 1991 with little more than an old mail truck filled with basic tools. What he lacked in staff and equipment, however, he made up for with hard work, diverse skills, and a passion for helping others. Word quickly spread that Ken was the man to call for dependable service at a fair price.
We’ve grown a lot since then, adding nearly 60 members to our team along the way. Nonetheless, we remain dedicated to following Ken’s example under the leadership of his son and daughter-in-law, Dustin and Brittany. Of course, Ken still loves responding to service calls whenever he’s not tending his garden or spending time with his family.
